Zurück875 years of commitment and loyalty: Scheurich celebrates its anniversaries
Kleinheubach. When 34 employees celebrating their anniversaries can look back on a combined total of 875 years of service, it is more than just a number – it is a living piece of company history. On 17 October 2025, this very chapter was celebrated in the charming atmosphere of the Wengerter wine tavern in Röllfeld: Scheurich honoured its long-standing employees with a celebration that was as appreciative and heartfelt as the people it was about.
From 15 to 40 years – a journey through time and commitment
Whether 15, 20, 25, 30 or an impressive 40 years – the jubilarians have not only invested their time, but also their ideas, passion and a great deal of team spirit. Together, they have shaped, supported and developed the company. Their stories are as diverse as the years they have spent at Scheurich – and this is exactly what was celebrated and highlighted by the management and respective executives in their speeches: ‘Long-standing colleagues are the heart of every company and the basis for its success and stability. It is no longer a matter of course that people remain loyal to their company for so many years,’ emphasised Scheurich Managing Director Björn Hansen.
Three cheers for the next generation – and for a well-deserved retirement
Two trainees successfully passed their exams – a moment that shows that the future is just as promising as the past. At the same time, two colleagues retired – with applause, thanks and a wink towards the end of the working day.
Between delicious food and good conversation, there was laughter, reminiscing and looking to the future. This celebration was more than just an event. It was a statement: for togetherness and cohesion, for recognition and for the people who make Scheurich the company it is.
